introduction.

Following the recent beep tests, some players will need to do some home training before the team pre-season starts in January. With your age group it is not crucial that you train so hard during this pre-season period. It is important you fill in your training logs and these will be checked when you come back for training in January.

Remember that you must log all activities that you do. So things like swimming count, as does playing basketball or riding your bike, just log what you do and for how long. You should also try and do the sessions below but remember its what you do with the ball that matters most.
