Following the recent beep tests, some players will need to do some home training before the team pre-season starts in January.
Conditioning training is important for this age group and the training you do over the Christmas break will make a big difference to how you peform over the next few months. It is important you fill in your training logs and they will be checked after the break. You will be retested during February.
Remember that you must log all activities that you do. So things like swimming count, as does playing basketball or riding your bike, just log what you do and for how long.
